UpSpark is an AI automation consultancy operated by Nat Harvey, based in Brisbane, Australia (ABN 83 592 905 910). We help small businesses implement AI and automation systems. You can contact us at nat@upspark.ai.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect:

• Full name
• Business name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• The message you write

We do not collect sensitive information as defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

How we collect it

Information is collected directly from you when you fill in the contact form. Form submissions are processed via an automated workflow and delivered to our internal systems. We may in future add website analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) — if we do, this policy will be updated.

Why we collect it

We collect your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Assess whether we can help your business
• Follow up if you book a discovery call
• Provide services you've requested

We will not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be processed by third-party tools we use to run our business (such as workflow automation and email services). These providers are required to handle your data securely and only as directed by us.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. If we don't enter into a working relationship, we will delete your enquiry data within 12 months.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Our systems use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
